华鼎纺织科技有限公司，是华鼎集团属下一家新建立的公司，专做家纺用品。

公司位于杭州，余杭经济开发区，华鼎工业园内。公司拥有最先进的设备和技术，给工作人员提供一个安全、舒适的工作环境。

为了扩大生产能力，提高产品质量，公司已经投资了2.7百万欧元，从国外进口了24台最先进的剑杆织机（Sulzer G6300）及Staubli提花机，电子控制系统配置了8色投纬装置，能生产更精细、更高质的提花布。电子控制单元降低了对经、纬线的拉力，缩短了生产期限，且能保证卓越的品质，门幅可做到150CM到300CM。

设计

公司的所有设计人员均接受过专业的培训，并拥有丰富的实践经验，对客人的要求能快速、准确地做出响应。为加强准备度、提高生产效率，我们采用了计算机辅助设计系统（CAD），配合产品设计。
每一个设计部成员都受过专业训练及具有丰富的资历。每面对客人的要求，他们都会很快捷及准确回应。为了加强准确度；加强生产效率，我们特用先进的设计电脑*-系统（CAD）来配合我们产品设计所需。

面料

我们可以织造各类精细提花布，门幅可做到150CM至300CM，并有8色投纬装置，可选用不同纱线，如：长丝纱线、精细纱、化纤纱、特种纱、雪尼尔纱以及金银纱，从20D至2500D。
我们生产的面料用途广泛，可作窗帘、沙发、床上用品、靠垫以及沙发罩等。

成品

我们可提供一条龙的生产服务，由面料织造以至成品生产，如窗帘、床品、椅套、沙发罩以及靠垫等。因每个生产工序都是由集团属下工厂生产，故我们更有效利用资源，以使我们更具有竞争力及可封产品质量全面控制。

Company introduction

China Ting Textile Science & Technology Co.， Ltd.，
A recent addition to the China Ting Group of companies ， is the subsidiary specializing in the sector of home furnishing .

The factory is located in our newly removed industrial campus in Hangzhou in full compliance with international legal ， ethical ， and human rights regulations .

To maximize productivity and quality ， the group has invested about 2.7 million Euros in imported machines including 24 sets of brand news Sulzer G6300 rapier weaving machines equipped with the Staubli jacquard machines and a control system for a maximun of eight weft colors .This provides exclusive pattern technology which allows for fine ，detailed and quality jacquard fabric production.

Electronically controlled units also lessen the stress on the warp and weft yarns to reduce production time while assuring top weaving quality and providing a highly economical means of production applicable to fabrics with a width of either 150 or 300 cm .

With all this in place .the Group is now hoping to establish working partnerships with serious overseas companies seeking workmanship and competitive production costs .

DESIGN
Every member of our design team is well professional trained & experienced . They will response customers′requirements quickly & probably . To allow the plant to work out the exact data for production in order to obtain the optimum plant efficiency . we use an advanced computer-aided design （CAD） system to work out the complete layout′s of the weaving shed .

FABRIC
With our advance machines， we will be able to make very fine and detailed jacquard fabrics at either 150 or 300 cm width and running from high-grade filament yarns， synthetic yarns ，fancy yarns ， chenille yarns as well as metallic yarns .The yarn denier may vary from 200 D to 2500D.
Our fabric can be for variety use of purpose； such as curtain ； sofa upholstery ； bedding ； cushion and throw ， … etc .

FINISHED PRODUCTS
We can also provide vertical production service from weaving fabric to finished products for our customers ， I.e. Ready-made curtains； Trimmed comforter sets； Bed sets； Chair covers； Throw as well as Cushion covers Since every production is conducted by our factories in the sane group， we can fully utilize our resources. So we can be more competitive and have more comprehensive quality control to our products.
